Hello!

I'm Inês Fouto.

I'm an actress, and I really, really like storytelling!

"Storys with hats" was born from the desire to want to continue telling stories.

So me and Osvaldo Maggi, who was Mimo Clown, (told stories with the body) and loves to draw, we started to build this show, or, I like to call it that, moment of stories!

Now that we cannot be close to those who listen and see our stories, and as we were already cooking this book, I thought it would be the ideal time to edit it, with your help! Because the book can travel to your homes, the book is a kind of messenger from "Stories with Hats"!

We wanted to continue to sow hats, only this time through the book, so that everyone will be eager to sow hats too!

This book is also a theater-book, a play-book, an impulse book of the imagination, which in addition to telling the stories with hats, proposes to the reader, the play of dramatization.

With this campaign we intend to raise funds to be able to edit our book! The money for this campaign goes entirely to the graphic design and the printing of 100 copies.

About the author

INÊS FOUTO graduated as an actress at ESTC - Superior School of Theater and Cinema in 2007. She is a stage director, playwright, trainer, creator and actress of several projects that she has developed and develops with young people, associations, municipalities and individual projects.

In cinema, she worked with Joaquim Leitão and filmmaker João Viana, in the films A Piscina, Acordeon and Alfama. She participated in several advertisements and television series.

Inês has been conducting Drama and Expression classes since 2009. In 2014 she created Cenas Theatre and Company  and the scenes bag as a playful pedagogical object to tell stories and stimulate literary learning, taking Mala de Cenas to libraries, kindergartens and schools.

She is a storyteller and uses theater as a fundamental tool between education and art.

Budget and due dates

From the moment that our goal is acheveed, it will be possible to design and print the 100 copies.

I estimate that this work will take three to four weeks. After that the rewards will be sent soon!

The funds raised will be distributed as follows:

- graphic design (digitization and pagination): 200 €

- printing of 100 copies: 560 €

- Margin: 150.00 (ISBN cost + promotional material + shipping costs)

- PPL commission: € 92.25

As soon as we have achieved our goal of € 1000 our book will be edited!
