João Tinoco and Jorge Valerio are both K1 national kickboxing champions and make part of the Portuguese team. From 22 to 30th August, will be the Cadets & Juniors European Championships, where these two athletes will be present. The aim of this project is raise the money necessary to cover the expenses related to the participation of athletes in the championship.
João Tinoco and Jorge Valério are two young promises of Kickboxing, which have a curriculum with great quality, although recent. Both are from Paulo Silva Team/ Polirithmus Gym and they are trained by Paulo Silva. In the current year they reached the 1st place in K1, on Portuguese Kickboxing Championships, and integrate the portuguese national team of juniors. Both were called to the national portuguese team in K1 discipline, João Tinoco in -54kg Younger Junior 15/16 years and Jorge Valerio in -81kg Older Junior 17/18 years, to participate in the next Cadets & Juniors European Kickboxing Championship, which will be held in San Sebastian (Spain), from 22 to 30 August 2015.
The federation cannot support the expenses related to the participation of athletes from the national team in international competitions, so the main objective of this project will try to get some financial support, necessary to support the costs of participation of athletes in the championship.

Both athletes train daily and hard, in order to give their best and bring a medal for portugal!
Their preparation includes specific kickboxing training coupled with specific strenght and conditioning training. this test will be the highest point in the career of these two athletes and the culmination of a sports season filled with competitions and podiums, as can be seen by the curriculum of both athletes in the text below.
