Our projet combines art and group work to fight social exclusion and promote autonomy. It focuses on individual capacities, skills development and life stability.
The Laços Sem Nós Association needs financial support to increment his occupational workshop (sewing and handicrafts) for different socially excluded people of all ages, that includes for example sewing machine training, patchwork classes, knitting basics. It still works positive values and beahviours. We also want to start music therapy to help people deal with difficult feelings and better connect to others, showing promises for improving personal growth and autonomy.

About the author
Laços Sem Nós is a nonprofit association with the purpose to support and strength the family, to protect human life and human dignity and to preserve the human rights, acting fairly and without discrimination. In the moment is helping 139 families at risk and 52 social organizations, as a 24/7 service. Through qualified volunteers, it gives free and multiple services: social, psychological, juridical and education supports; provides meals, food, clothing, personal hygiene items, prescription medicines, furniture and school supplies. It also runs an art/handicraft workshop and a professional integration program, to improve diversity skills and promote the employability.
Budget and due dates
We need 1080€ for fixed expenses, 1525€ for equipment and 285€ for raw material.
