Call me Real is a cinematographic project that addresses life during the pandemic, seeking to reflect on the psychological and emotional effects of isolation.
It is a film focused around a character, an actress, with past trauma, who gets her first job in a long time, and finally sees her dreams come true.
But a pandemic forces it to be confined and isolated. Over time, your mental health will worsen, fear and doubt increase to the point where you can no longer distinguish reality from imagination.
In the genre of psychological drama, suspense and terror we will address several themes, the first being life and routine during the pandemic, and representing the character's exhausting and monotonous life, and the impact that confinement has on people, especially on the psychological issue. We will also represent your loneliness and depression and how alcoholism and smoking are havens for forgetting emotional problems.
